We are a custom inflatable manufacturer. Most standard inflatables can be made in one week or less, most dancers can ship within 2 days.
Return Policy:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Please call 770-786-9974 to obtain an RMA. No returns will be accepted or any credit granted without an RMA. To provide any credit or replacement units we must first have a chance to receive and completely inspect your return. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. All stock items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee after item as been returned and inspected and approved. No custom designed inflatable will be returned. We are a custom inflatable manufacturer and any custom inflatable created specifically for a customer by way of design or custom colors, or custom banners that can not be sold as stock item will not be accepted for return.

All tube and guy dancers carry a 30 day warranty from date of purchase. Warranty covers any stitched seam and does not cover damage to material due to use. All blowers carry a one year warranty. All cold air inflatables carry a one year warranty on the seams and stitching, damage to any material is not covered under warranty. You must obtain an RMA in order to ship warranty item back for inspection or repair.
